The doctor was unbelievably kind and even took extra time to explain my x-rays. I never felt rushed and I was even late for my appointment. "I don't have dental insurance and I am on a pretty tight budget, so I was shopping around for the best deal for an extraction of a cavity-riddled wisdom tooth.  A family member saw their sign advertising a free exam with x-rays, and I decided to give it a shot.

I showed up early to my appointment but had to wait an extra half hour, which was a bit of a drag, but everybody was super friendly.  The x-rays showed some problems I expected with my wisdom teeth, and one I didn't with a couple small cavities.  I haven't been to a dentist in 6 or 7 years, but nobody guilt tripped me, scolded me, or even asked when I had been to one last, which was refreshing.

The extraction was painless and swift, I was given all the information I needed for aftercare, and at $100, the process made a far smaller dent in my wallet than one of the dental schools in town would have, they wanted $100 just for x-rays/exam.

The icing on the cake is that my dentist called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, giving me his cell # to call him if I had any problems.  I've never had that level of service from any medical professional, and it really made an impression on me!"
